Beyond Cabo · Trip design

Anywhere in the world, designed around you

Planning is organized by scope — Domestic, International, or Multi-City. Choose your tier; we build the itinerary around your dates, party, and pace, with Fora preferred-partner benefits on qualifying hotel stays.

What are we celebrating?

Nobody dreams in planning tiers. Start with the trip in your head — we'll handle the scope.

How planning is scoped

The Fora Travel advantage

Same rate, more included

As a travel advisor with Fora, JAE unlocks preferred-partner benefits at thousands of hotels and resorts worldwide. Working with an advisor generally costs the same as booking online. It elevates everything.

I

VIP perks & upgrades

At participating hotels, we request extras the public can't book direct — subject to availability: room upgrades, early check-in and late checkout, resort and spa credits, daily breakfast, and VIP recognition.

II

Stress-free advocacy

If a flight cancels or a reservation goes missing, you have a direct advocate working the phones for you — not an anonymous hold queue at a third-party booking site.

III

Personalized connections

We learn your travel style and use real relationships with hotel managers and tour operators so you're treated as a preferred guest, every time.

IV

Same rate, more included

You pay the same rate as booking direct — with perks and a real advocate added. In Los Cabos, direct-to-owner villa and yacht relationships often mean more included, too.

Questions, answered

Before you commit

One advisor handles the full arc: itinerary design, accommodation research and selection, flight research and routing, visa and entry requirements, international vendor coordination, ground transportation, and currency and payment logistics. The trip is refined until it's right — and the same advisor stays your single point of contact while you travel.

Multi-City Journeys cover three or more destinations in one thread: complex logistics sequenced, multiple property negotiations, first-class rail and private transfers between stops, and marquee experiences pre-booked. One planner, one itinerary, one point of contact throughout.

At thousands of participating hotels worldwide — subject to availability: room upgrades, early check-in and late checkout, resort and spa credits, daily breakfast, and VIP recognition. Booking through JAE typically costs the same as booking online, with these benefits added.

Flight research and routing is included in International and Multi-City trip design — routing options, cabin recommendations, and connections that fit the itinerary rather than the other way around.

For peak-season Europe — the Amalfi Coast, the Greek Isles, Provence — the best properties and experiences book six to twelve months out. Planning by early fall for the following summer keeps first choices available; later is workable with flexibility on property or dates.

Every itinerary is custom-designed and quoted to your dates, party, and preferences. A deposit begins the planning; the full itinerary and pricing are confirmed in writing before you commit.

Somewhere you haven't decided on yet?

That's what the complimentary consultation is for. Tell us the occasion; we'll shape the destination with you.
