Who we are
JAE Luxury Travel is a Denver-based travel advisory founded by Jess Eymann. We are an independent travel advisor affiliated with Fora Travel (IATA 33520476); bookings are generally made through Fora's host-agency platform and supplier partnerships. On-the-ground services in Los Cabos and Colorado are provided by our affiliated concierge brands, The Baja Concierge and The Colorado Concierge.
Planning and fees
Every itinerary is custom-designed. A deposit begins planning work; your itinerary and all pricing are confirmed in writing before you commit to any booking. Hotel bookings made through preferred-partner programs generally cost the same as booking direct. Planning fees, where applicable, are quoted before work begins.
Third-party suppliers
Travel services are provided by third parties (hotels, villas, airlines, charter operators, guides, and others). Their terms, conditions, and cancellation policies apply to your bookings. We share the specific cancellation terms for your trip in writing at the time of booking, before payment.
