Privacy Policy
JAE Luxury Travel ("JAE," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through jaeluxurytravel.com and how it's used.
What we collect
- Inquiry and quote forms. Name, email, phone, and the trip details you choose to share. Submitted forms are processed and stored by Netlify (our hosting provider) and delivered to us by email.
- Mailing list. Your email address, used only to send occasional trip ideas and seasonal notes. Unsubscribe any time by replying or emailing us.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, general location, device type, and anonymized session interactions). These tools use cookies; they do not give us your identity.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, plan and coordinate travel you ask us to plan, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- Travel suppliers (hotels, villas, transportation, and experience providers) as needed to arrange your trip.
- Fora Travel, the host agency through which bookings are made.
- Fulfillment partners for specific services — for example, ski-pass quote requests are also sent to our ski partner, Alpine Adventures.
- Service providers that run this site (Netlify, Google, Microsoft) under their own privacy terms.
Your choices
To access, correct, or delete information you've sent us, or to opt out of marketing, email hello@jaeluxurytravel.com. You can also block cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.
